Stress Makes You Stay Alert - Stress keeps you on your toes. It keeps you alert and ready at all times. You need to be alert to know what's happening around you. For example, if you're driving in a busy highway with your family, you need to be alert and ready. Why? Because you would not want to have an accident knowing your family can be injured.

Essential Nutrients

Summer Breakfast Shake
(Recipe for 4 servings)

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of strawberries - fresh or frozen
  • 1 apple, diced into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 orange diced into 1-inch pieces
  • 1/4 cup of old fashioned oats
  • 5 fresh dates
  • 2 Tbsp of wheat germ
  • 1 banana
  • 2 cups of water
  • 2 Tbsp of honey bee

Directions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and process on medium speed for 1 minute until smooth.
  2. Scrap down the sides of the blender to ensure that all the ingredients get incorporated.
  3. Process on hiigh speed for 2 minutes
  4. Pour into glasses and serve.
    Note: appleand orange can be cut the night before and kept it in the fridge.
    Important This shake should be your only meal for breakfast.
